DESKTOP SUPPORT TECHNICIAN
Reporting to the Controller you will be responsible for providing site-wide proactive, customer-focused support for desktop computing issues including installation of hardware and software as well as completion of equipment upgrades such as management of data files, backups and client configurations.
You will have demonstrated experience providing customer service at all organizational levels with the ability to prioritize work volumes with limited supervision combined with completion of recognized post-secondary education and 2-3 years of experience supporting site-wide applications such as Windows XP, Windows 7, MS Office 2003 and MS Office 2010.
