Training Coordinator – Part Time
Maple Leaf Agri-Farms, a member of Maple Leaf Foods Inc., is seeking an individual interested in pursuing a career with an Agriculture Industry leader. We are accepting résumés for a part time Training Coordinator for our swine production system.
The successful applicant must have post-secondary education in the field of animal husbandry; a minimum of 2 years’ experience in the swine industry, facilitation, and managing Canadian Quality Assurance and Health and Safety Programs within the swine production facilities; proven experience in adult teaching; excellent communication, organizational and problem solving skills; have a valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle; be willing to travel within Manitoba and Saskatchewan; and the ability to live and teach our Maple Leaf Leadership Values. The applicant will be responsible for the coaching and training on all aspects of swine production including food safety and animal welfare; coordinating and maintaining training records; and maintaining and ensuring that the program is effective.
