Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am-4:30pm (FULL TIME)
Summarized Job Description:
- The Boston Pizza Area Development Office is looking for an energetic and efficient individual to join our team. The Office Coordinator will be responsible for providing reception and administrative support to the Head Office Management Team, including Marketing, Training and Operations as well as our group of Boston Pizza restaurants.
- The Office Coordinator position is a full-time support role with opportunity for growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Management of general inquiries via phone and email
- Management of daily office and reception duties
- Support and coordination of weekly events and activities
- Production of Marketing and Training support materials for the restaurants
- Support requests from restaurants
- Tracking and inputting of marketing and data; spreadsheet maintenance; report pulling
- Management of Head Office inventory
- Social Media Administration
Skills Required:
- Highly organized and efficient
- Outgoing, courteous, and professional
- Good communication skills
- Proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint
- Proficient with Social Media
- Photoshop/Graphic Design experience is an asset
